Cremation represents a final act of love, gently guiding our cherished pets over the rainbow bridge. Many pet parents may not consider this tender farewell until the moment arrives. It’s a significant service, one that merits thoughtful consideration and understanding beforehand. We’re here to provide compassionate support and clear information, helping you navigate this important decision with peace and assurance.
With Angel’s Paws private cremation service, our goal is to return your pet’s cremains to you as soon as possible, usually within two to three business days. Cremations are performed locally in our facility in Blue Ash, Ohio.
Here are a few things you may consider as you decide to use Angel’s Paws cremation services:

Angel’s Paws provides private cremations at our building in Blue Ash. Your pet never leaves the professional care of our dedicated team.

A private cremation is when the pet is placed in the crematory alone and the pet owner is assured of getting their own pet’s ashes back. This is the Angel’s Paws standard.
An individual cremation is when the pet is placed in the crematory with other pets and therefor the cremation can cost less, but pet parents need to know their pets are not being cremated alone. Angel’s Paws does not provide this type of cremation.
A communal cremation is when your pet is cremated with other pets and you do not receive your pet’s ashes back. Angel’s Paws does offer this service and you may subtract $100 from cremation fee.

Angel’s Paws allows you to reunite with your pet privately in our chapel at our building in Blue Ash, to begin the healing process, or personally delivered home to you.

Large (80-99 lbs): $375
Extra Large (100+ lbs): $475
Our private cremation process includes:
One pet in the crematory at a time.
Performed in our facility. Your pet remains in a cozy blanket until the time of cremation (pets are never placed in a freezer).
Special chapel return within 2-3 business days.
Your pet’s ashes are returned in a beautiful wood urn.
Blue Ash building is open 8am-8pm by appointment to receive pets for cremation, or for cremation return.
Transportation
For pets that pass without the assistance of the Angel’s Paws home euthanasia service, within our service area, we are able to transport your pet to our facility for an additional fee of $60. However, if you prefer, you can bring your pet to us for our special cremation service, we have a beautiful receiving room for you.
Keepsakes
Keepsakes are available for an additional fee. Please note: we are unable to accept outside materials to create keepsakes.
We have a variety of cremation urns and memorial jewelry available. When you enroll in service, you’ll receive an email with options to review and select.

What if my pet passes at home or in my vet’s care?
If you choose to have your vet perform the euthanasia of your pet, you may still use our cremation services. Please let your vet know that we will come promptly when they notify us, as we prefer, like you, that your pet not go in the freezer. In this way, we partner with your vet to provide for the complete dignity and respect of your pet.
If your pet passes on their own at home, you may still use our cremation services. Please call to make arrangements so we can take your pet into our loving care at our facility in Blue Ash, Ohio. If this is outside of our business hours, please fill out the request for information or appointment and we will be in touch with you first thing in the morning. Chapel Return
Receiving your pet’s cremation ashes or keepsake in our chapel is a private moment to reflect on the life you shared with your pet. You may schedule a chapel return appointment beginning as early as two business days after we receive your pet. Our goal is to get your pet’s ashes and/or keepsakes home with you as soon as you are ready.
How to schedule: Clients will receive an email with scheduling information. Appointments are offered in 30 minute windows, so we hope that you will be able to find a perfect time to come in.
* If you change your mind and decide not to pick up your pet’s ashes, please know we honor your decision and the ashes of your pet will be interred at Angel’s Paws’ ossuary after 6 months.
* Families may elect to have their pet privately cremated, but not have ashes returned. In this case, the ashes of your pet will be respectfully interred at Angel’s Paws’ ossuary.
