We are looking for…

• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

• with Valid driver’s license and ability to drive during day & evening

• Offer emotional support to pet families

• Work together with team members or with clients over phone or in person to address client questions

We are currently hiring for:

Aftercare / Cremation Specialist

This job is an opportunity to help amazing pet parents whose pet has transitioned over the Rainbow Bridge and do something they can’t do for themselves. Cremation services are a final act of loving care a pet parent provides a beloved pet. Turning a pet over to a cremation provider can be a source of anxiety for a pet parent for many reasons. In some cases, this may be the first time their pet has ever left the house with someone else. Angel’s Paws provides as special level of care in this process that assures the pet parent that their pet is being treated as if they are our own. They receive dignity, love and respect the entire time they are in our care. They stay snuggled in a warm blanket and pillow until time for their cremation. We do not have any freezers on our property.

We take care of "both ends of the leash (or cat carrier)" by providing in home euthanasia services, private cremation for pets and emotional support including grief counseling and pet loss support groups for the families.

• Someone who is compassionate and detail oriented

• Cremation experience not required, we will help train the right person, but recognition that this position works with deceased beloved pets

• Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00pm- 5:00pm (five 8-hour shifts/week)

Administrative Assistant - AP/AR - Part-time

At Angel’s Paws, we provide compassionate end-of-life care and support for pets and the families who love them. Our holistic approach combines veterinary expertise with emotional support, guiding pet parents through one of life’s most difficult journeys. Angel’s Paws provides a special level of care that assures the pet parent that their pet is being treated with dignity, love, and respect the entire time they are in our care.

Angel’s Watch, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner, extends this care by supporting families in financial need, offering community education, and expanding access to resources around pet loss and grief.

Together, we provide a holistic continuum of care rooted in empathy, service, and dignity. We’re seeking a detail oriented, passionate part-time Administrative Assistant who can support both organizations with mission-aligned and thoughtful administrative support.

Vet Assistant / Intake Coordinator

• Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday on a rotating 4/3 schedule resulting in 3 days off one week and 4 days off the next

Veterinarian

We are looking for…
A compassionate, reliable and experienced veterinarian to join our growing business
Licensed in Kentucky and Ohio
6+ years of experience is preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive during day & evening

We need your talents to…
Care for pets during the end of life, offering emotional support to their families
Provide compassionate in-home euthanasia, in-home pet hospice and palliative care, quality of life assessments, pain management (or any combination of these services) to pets.
Focus on client and pet interactions, with a full support team from intake coordinators, registered vet techs, mental health professionals, and cremation specialists.

Pet hospice affords veterinary professionals the opportunity to slow down and connect with pet parents, giving them the time and space to really understand how to provide care for their senior pets, and when the time comes, how to provide them a beautiful goodbye. It is genuinely rewarding to provide clients such a beautiful experience and walk the journey with them. We are often asked to transport pets to our facility for cremation and need extra assistance. Must be able to lift heavy dogs to help load them from their home to car and/or from car into our facility in Blue Ash. Pay is per case.
