Alexis has spent the past six years working with animals, with much of her background rooted in animal welfare. Through her time in shelter work, she gained invaluable experience caring for pets and compassionately supporting families through the loss of their beloved pets. She joined Angel’s Paws with a deep respect for the significance of end-of-life care and is honored to walk alongside families during such a tender time.

In addition to her animal care background, Alexis is an artist who creates painted pet portraits, many of which are memorial pieces that celebrate and honor cherished companions. Joining Angel’s Paws in 2025, she is excited to combine her shelter experience and artistic passion to help families find comfort, remembrance, and healing through pet loss. A certified dog trainer, Fear Free Certified professional, and pet CPR certified, Alexis looks forward to growing in her role and continuing to provide thoughtful, compassionate care as part of the Angel’s Paws team.
